3 miles around Walthamstow Village

This is my usual short route, nothing special, nothing too challenging. It keeps my muscles stretched, my limbs supple and my joints moving. I like the feeling of powering along, not too fast, not too slow. An even pace. As I run, I listen. Music, radio interviews, short stories. Time to catch up with what’s happening on Woman’s Hour, the Guardian Books podcast, BBC FrontRow. I finish with a glow, feeling exercised and even a little bit more cultured..a good run.
